Welcome to the Rentino Help Center. Find answers to the most common questions below.

For customers

• How do I book? Choose a rental, pick dates and items, fill in your contact details, and confirm.
• How do I cancel? Sign in to your profile and cancel from the Reservations section. Cancellation terms are set by each rental.
• Payment. Most rentals support QR payments or payment on site.

For rentals

• Getting started. Sign up and follow the onboarding wizard to set up your profile, items, and payment details.
• Adding an item. In the dashboard click "Add item" and fill in name, price, capacity, and photos.
• Calendar sync. In item settings add an iCal URL from Booking, Airbnb, or any other platform.
