Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Rentino platform, operated by Foxo, s.r.o., registered office Bubenská 51, 170 00 Prague 7, Czechia.

1. Introduction

Rentino is a reservation platform that enables rentals to offer services and customers to book items online. Rentino is not a party to the reservation contract between the customer and the rental.

2. Registration

By registering, users confirm they are over 18 and have provided accurate information. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials.

3. Rental rights and obligations

Rentals are fully responsible for the offered items, their condition, prices, and the fulfillment of reservations. Rentino provides only the technical platform.

4. Customer rights and obligations

Customers undertake to pay the reservation price and return the rented item in the condition received, with regard to normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms are set by each rental and shown in the booking summary before confirmation.

6. Liability

Rentino is not liable for damages arising in connection with the reservation, service performance, or actions of the rental or customer.

7. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Rentino reserves the right to update these terms.
